After you opt for our all-inclusive alpine ski packages, our friendly driver will take you to your preferred ski area every day. However, if you are someone who prefers to make his/her own way, you can reach Gunzesried/Ofterschwang/Fellhorn/Nebelhorn or Ifen by bus every morning at a cost of 2 Euros. The area is ideal both for beginners and advanced skiers.
Our instructors specialise in offering ski classes to children and Novices of all ages. Our classes are conducted from 1000hrs to 1530hrs, Mon-Fri throughout the winter season. We have the expertise to cater to the skiing goals of skiers with a varied range of abilities and ages. Our qualified instructors even ensure that groups are put together in such a way that tourists are provided with maximum enjoyment.
Itinerary
Once you reach Germany, we can have you at our resort within a few hours. After we help you settle in your room at one of our chosen Hotels/Lodges, we will take you to the ski hire shop so that you can get everything you need to start skiing the same day. We will issue you your lift passes and take you to the gentle slopes.
Depending on the level of your abilities, you will either be heading to the ski schools or set out to explore on the next day. One of our dedicated qualified Instructors / guides will be meeting you at breakfast to discuss with you the entire plan for the day. They will even let you know about the part of Allgau which has the best weather conditions on that day.
Once you finish your breakfast, you will be off to explore the snow-capped Alpine ranges either with the ski school or with your instructor / guide. With us by your side, be assured of getting the best experience of everything the area has to offer.
Accommodation
Heubethof – Rustic Bavarian Lodge
In the middle of the nature park Nagelfluh at an altitude of 1000m, our stylish and spacious rustic Bavarian Lodge, set in the foothills of the mountains presents an idyllic retreat. Enjoy the peace and tranquility the mountains have to offer and relax and unwind in the lodges beautiful surroundings. Situated in the Gunzesried valley, the Hubethof provides a unique opportuntity to experience traditional Bavarian hospitality.
Schwäbele Eck – Central Location
The Schwäbele Eck is our family-run guest house and a small hotel for those that enjoy that home from home feel and sense of coziness. Traditional Bavarian hospitality mixed with some stunning Mediterranean cuisine. Ideally situated for those who like a central local in the pedestrian zone of Sonthofen, but within walking distance of the beautiful forest.
Kuehbergalp – Wellness & Spa
Only 15 minutes from Oberstdorf, and right next to beginners’ and intermediates’ area in the Gunzesrieder Valley in the heart of the Allgäu. Everyone feels at home here thanks to the unique charm of the Allgäu. Enjoy the breath-taking views of the valley and the entire Oberstdorf and Hindelanger mountain range, while experience some breath-taking skiing before coming back to recharge your batteries for the next day in spa.

From the airport:
Your friendly NBF Alpine Adventures Ltd driver will meet you at Memmingen airport only and will drive you to your chosen lodge while you sit back and relax. However for those that prefer to make their own way:
Stuttgart and Munich are a two hour drive to reach us and are also served by regular train services to Immenstadt where we can organise a pick up by prior arrangement.
Memmingen is an hours drive and is also served by rail links to Immenstadt www.db.de where we can organise a pick up.

Driving:
Driving from the UK is also possible. We advise you take the ferry from Dover to Calais or Eurotunnel. On average the journey takes 10 hours from Calais. With a stopover halfway in either France or Gemany this can be a great addition to your trip.
